In The News On June 30, 2007, the State of Connecticut passed legislation to fund the operation and preservation of the Old State House (OSH). The only question was, who would manage it? The State issued a Request for Proposals in September for bids on a long-term contract. CHS submitted a bid and was interviewed by legislators in November. In the interim, the CHS has had a temporary contract to manage the programs, staff, and services at the OSH through March, 2008, so we await word!
